Motion Technology LLC provides specialized axle repair and axle replacement services for heavy-duty equipment. All services are provided by request, following direct communication between the Customer and the Company. We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests at our discretion.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information about their equipment and service needs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to any equipment or vehicles requiring service.
Customers agree not to misuse, replicate, or tamper with any tools, methods, or materials used during service delivery.
3. Payment Terms
All service fees will be clearly communicated before work begins.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay may result in collection actions and/or the suspension of future services.
4. Intellectual Property
All branding, documentation, service methods, and tools provided by Motion Technology LLC remain the exclusive property of the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any proprietary content without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Motion Technology LLC will perform all services with reasonable care and skill. However:
We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of any part serviced.
Our liability in any circumstance is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Unless specifically stated in writing, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that repaired or replaced parts will be free from future wear, damage, or failure due to operational use.
7. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate a service arrangement at any time prior to service completion. In the event of cancellation after work has begun, the Customer may be billed for labor or parts used up to that point.
8. Governing Law
